Apples and Hard Cider: A New England Staple

Apples and Hard Cider: A New England Staple In-Person

For over 30 years, Rich Stadnik has been hunting for and propagating useful, yet long-ignored apple trees. His work led to the discovery of many unnamed varieties uniquely suitable for hard cider. In 1999, he established Pup’s Cider Company to offer classic New England ciders to the public. Join us for his discussion on New Hampshire’s forgotten apple trees and other classic New England varieties, and how he turns this fruit into delicious traditional hard cider.

Rich will bring a variety of apples to sample!
