Veterans Day Celebration In-Person

Join us for a special event to honor and thank veterans! Come to the library to listen to music, mingle, and show support to veterans.

Activities Include:

Live music by the New Hampshire Brass Quartet!
Miniature military vehicles on display by Granite State Modelers Club.
Information about the Nashua Historical Society's WWII oral history project, and items from their collection.
Military photos from the library's Local History collection.
Organizations will be on hand to connect veterans to resources: American Legion James E. Coffey Post 3, Nashua VFW Post 483, Veterans Administration (VA), AmeriCorps Senior Companion Program, and Stronger Together Veterans Coalition of New Hampshire.
Art table: Make a button to honor a veteran, and wear it with pride! Bring a small photocopy of a veteran if you'd like to personalize it. There will also be card-making for veterans and a puzzle to work on!
